ACD
in a nutshell
The
VoIPTelCaster PBX provides automatic call distribution (ACD) at
a very low cost with options you would want on a full system. The
new ACD release allows a real time display of who is on the phone,
logged in, number of callers in each queue and more. You'll know
immediately when you need to add agents in a specific queue.
As with all
VoIPTelCaster features and functions, the ACD addition is simple
to use and manage allowing less training for your agents, supervisors
and management. Your ACD will assist you with:
- Monitoring
your ACD performance using real-time department/queue and agent
status tools.
- Use historical
statistical reports to review summary and detailed information,
and export data to other applications.
- Add resources
such as agents when using historical reporting to get information
on your ACD queue activity and be more proactive.
